So for every lead you get, you have a chance of that user becoming your CPALead referral. Sounds like a good thing to me.

I think you're IP is responsible for what's happening in your video.
Anyway, I still think that CPALead should inform their client (us) when they make big change the in the completion flow.

Could you explain on what kind of problem could be there with my IP, because the first video I posted was sent to me by someone, using a completely different IP and this video I posted was done by me using my IP, so you mean all IP are having problem with CPA Lead surveys ?
Nah!!! I have not yet seen any new referrals till date...

This whole thing sounds like a BIG advertisement for CPALead. Why would anyone really be mad about this? You're getting a referral and a lead per user, whereas most networks only give you a lead. To me this whole thread seems like a really fishy way to draw more attention to a CPALead feature, and that demonstration video that shows the process looks like a promo video for CPALead... Clever.

It's not. CPALead is spamming your leads with emails like "You can earn money the same way by sharing files and locking them."
Watch the video.
Would you like to tell your users that you are making money off them ? Of course not. CPALead is doing exactly this.

What do you think happens when someone completes a survey? Do you think advertisers wont spam them with emails? Its already happening. What CPALead was doing is signing that visitor up for a CPALead account and giving you the referral for it. Sounds like affiliate marketing to me.

I'm not saying you're a noob. I'm just saying that in your video you posted, you didn't change your IP between the offer & your dashboard.

I never really liked CPALead, it always seemed fishy to me. And not to mention, their designers are really shit. They do updates constantly and they can NEVER get their design(s) right. I personally gave them a try and had terrible results.

I would like to know that if I quit CPA LEAD now then my unpaid earnings would be paid or it would go into vain, since I do not have much not even close to withdrawal limit so all this money would be gone waste ?

I wanted to come back to this thread as I've had some good conversations with TayaX who was cool enough about things to write me in private and explain a few things.
In particular, he felt that it wasn't 100% clear as to what CPAlead's position is today and what the effort was in the first place. I really respect that even when two people disagree, they can have a good conversation and get things resolved. For CPAlead, we can only be a good company if we improve where there are mistakes or misses in the past. I believe that adding additional clarity here will help and I want to set things straight

Regarding the creation of new accounts for users after they've completed an offer:
What does CPAlead do today?
CPAlead does NOT create new accounts for all users who complete a lead. This was a feature we introduced in an effort to help affiliates generate more revenue. We received some bad feedback and some positive feedback. As a result we decided to remove it. We want everyone to be happy and a company that doesn't act on negative feedback isn't a good one. We did this almost immediately after the feedback was received way back in September.
What Did The Test Feature Do & Why?
CPAlead had a program where AFTER completing a lead, we would ask user's for their e-mail address so that we could send them their file / link to CPAlead (which we always do for security purposes , makes our advertisers happy etc). We would then create a basic account on the CPAlead publisher side for the user. They would login to retrieve their URL / file that they unlocked and we could then try to guide them towards learning how to become an affiliate. We built a site ContentLockingHelp.com which is PERFECT for beginners and we added some documentation. There were some extra icons saying 'click here to learn how to make money' which would take them to the guides we built. We did all of this only after they completed a lead since the user would just leave anyhow and be of no value. So we tried to find a way to make them valuable to affiliates and continue making them money.
This was a way to help publishers generate more revenue since you would automatically get the user as a referral. We would do all of the work to help educate them and train them on how to earn with our ContentLockingHelp.com and beginner's info then you could passively sit back and earn revenue. Most of them wouldn't pan out but for those who did, it would be passive income for everyone! Most wouldn't pan out since not everyone will get it and learn how to do affiliate marketing but our logic was that these people already understood the general process since they had to complete an offer so it would be a decent transition. Affiliates would make more money, even if only 10% ever eventually became earners and CPAlead would grow with more affiliates. That in turn would be good for everyone.
Feedback
Some affiliates loved the idea, some hated it. Even if its 70% loving it and 30% hating it, that's too much and we'll remove it. A lot of networks never innovate. They build a platform and it stays the same forever. Innovating is what helps us generate more revenue. Not every feature is going to succeed though. This was one that didn't last very long and was pulled. We would like to make it available for those who still want it though and we rolled it out for everyone since we saw the users as either being worth nothing or being potentially turned into a referral - but making it a feature that is only available for some takes a bit more work, plus we'd need to update the feature etc Instead, we have a lot of other really exciting features to work on that benefit all of our users and drive even more revenue.
Just in the past few months we've made big changes and improvements to our mobile lockers, link lockers, file lockers and content lockers. We've added a domain rotation system so that your links and tools NEVER get blocked and yesterday we announced a Custom Domain feature which people love! Use your own domains and never get blocked. In short we're always adding really cool money making features. Not all will work but most are pretty cool and right now our focus is on some bigger features users have requested.
For anyone who did stop running CPAlead in the past, be it for this reason or just to try something else, send me a PM and we'll gladly give you a 10% bonus to come back and test us PLUS set you on weekly payment
