WP Plugin that can make autopilot amazon sales... Thoughts?

I just bought this WP plugin... It was like 20 bucks, dirt cheap plugin which supposedly does all of the leg work for amazon sales. It's got great reviews up and down the board, and in theory it looks like it could be very profitable. I haven't actually set it up on any sites yet but check it out... I am interested in hearing opinions on this

I don't see this launched in marketplaces...but looks good from what I have seen.
