OP - mass social account creators was available in the 2012-2014 time but it is 2021 and each sites even the baby social sites are aware of bots so they use captcha and for that reason you will need to build something that works with captcha. Now if you pass this they changes small things every few months so a fix is required. So, now you know anything free will not be there as it requires support. I am not sure someone is building something for someone they do not know and keep supporting it.
