Wordpress Contact form 7 mail send/receive issue

Hi,
Need your help. Here i am using contact form 7 (Plugin). And i am using the following mail-id's to send & receive this form,

ie.,

To : abc[AT]domain[dot]com

From : noreply[AT]yourdomain[dot]com

Since i can't receive the mail from the form. When i click the submit button, the form is loading but no response. what should i do??

Check to see if there is a conflict, turn off plugins one by one and see if another plugin is interfering. You could also delete and reinstall
 
Are you using any sort of SMTP plugin? If so, it should allow you to do a test to find out if the server actually works.
 
Just now i google it and search the plugin called "wp-mail-smtp" but it's not showing any fields. So i uninstall the plugin. And then i try "Postman SMTP Mailer/Email Log 1.7.2" plugin. I don't know how to use, Here i am using google mail. What should i do??

Last week only i uninstall all the plugin & reinstall it. After that only message is not sending. :(

It should just work straight out of the box, I've been using it for years and never had a problem. Have you asked your hosting company?

Try uninstalling all SMTP plugins and see if your form starts working then.
 
Yeah i have contacted hosting provider. They sent a mail like this,

"This is in reference to your query we would like to update you that, kindly let us know what setting you are using in your mail code to process mail , kindly confirm & do contact us for further assistance."

Mail code ?? I don't know what they are asking??

I have uninstalled SMTP plugins, and then try to fill the form but till now i am facing the same issue (Form is still loading). pls check the below screen,

I don't use SMTP plugins and mine work fine on all sites. Delete the SMTP plugins and try again, WordPress does it for you
 
I have had problems using contact form 7 on my wordpress website. I am using the cinderella theme. The information shows up OK, however when I send a test contact it is 50/50 whether or not the information is received. After I uninstalled Yoast SEO, it seems to be better, still not perfect. I think there is still a conflict somewhere, probably in a different plug in.
 
Wheather i want to install yoast plugin??? Or else shall i use other plugin for contact form ?? Pls let me know.. Thanks

i don't have any problems with yoast and contact form 7, i doubt if it's that. deactivate the SMTP plugin, wordpress has it built in and see if it's that
 
Mate, Currently i have deactivate all the smtp. But i got the message from the hosting provider they told that,

"we suggest you to use smtp8 at port 25 for the mailer setting , so it will process your mail code as per our server requirement"

Are you using an email address from the same host? For example [email protected]?

Try using email addresses like that if you aren't already.
 
No mate, my mail id is different from the domain.

mail id -> I have created the "info mail id" in Google.

For example., currently i am using info[AT]domain[DOT]com, where as my website is yourdomain[DOT]com.


For your information, I have changed my website completely in last week. From that moment only the contact form is not working. Before that it works fine.

When stuff like this happens I usually use a transactional email service such as SendGrid. Basically, instead of sending emails through your web server or an SMTP server you will use SendGrid's API for sending the emails.

Search for the SendGrid plugin from your WordPress Dashboard and sign up for their free plan.
