Hmmm this is interesting because last week I did some massive work on a new domain I bought www.googlesandroids.com. It is all about the android platform and I want to have some affiliates onsite for phones etc...it is going to be review source on all android platforms.
Now I am a bit worried.
Sell it to an unsuspecting noob. Only joking. To be honest, I'm not sure what would happen to you, but it makes sense Google would'nt like it.
I wouldn't worry to much. Continue to build up the site, you'll make money in the interim and worst case they ask you to hand over the domain or nothing happens at all.
Bottom line is you still have all the content you created, so you create a new domain that isn't trademarked and move over your content and wait to jump up in the serps.
(google even has a transfer site to new domain, feature that makes sure you don't get penalized for duplicate content when you move it over)
this topic is getting interesting.. I agree with #cooldude7, Google doesnt own the internet BUT they are big company with tons of $$ to sue around people.. But people noobs like me, i dont think they gonna bother unless my traffic is getting out of the way and mimicking too much their brand... thats my opinion...
So if i just run an video feed website, do you think it's ok?
I am sure you guys are keen to find out the outcome! lol
