Will Automatic Translation affect my SEO?

Hello Everyone,

I recently found out that some review blogs are using a plugin called GTranslate.

I noticed that some of their translated pages were ranking in other languages.

Apparently, this plugin automatically translates a sites content to all other languages.

At first look, it looks very tempting and easy to implement, but I'm wondering, will this have any negative SEO impact on my site?

The translation is not perfect with any online tool. I don't know if it will drastically affect your SEO, but there will be grammatical errors and lack of language nuances which can be irritating to some readers.

Manual work is more advisable for SEO strategies rather than automated tools.
