So, this t0mmy guy is banned and we are all surprised? The earth is round I guess.

false sense of security because of their account age and status but in reality, same rules for everyone, no exceptions.
You have a new color, together with color-themed avatar and everything xD

Yeh I know, believe it or not I did but all I see is another seller... someone who was banking some from a decent side hustle whilst everyone here is like ZOMG T0mmy got banned?!? Like bored housewives reading a gossip mag but thought i'd check any way in case I was missing something, considering he was a 'executive vip' whatever that curtails.
Bored marketers. Come on, I'm having this phlegmatic email discussion with almost-client over dead boring legal stuff/papers. Don't you dare try to take away my entertainment.

I need more gossip. @Willyfish Fish in a tank. Ferrets in rainbow sweaters. I need to spend my time more productively than on reading and signing papers.

They need to scrap to this VIP mumbo jumbo I haven't seen any of these jr executive vip's say anything useful so far and I didn't even know executive vip's existed until this guy just got banned.

It's my opinion take it or leave it.

It is ok to have an opinion, but at least do some research on why the member level Jr. Executive VIP exist at all first. Having an opinion uneducated makes people laugh at you. So please educate yourself in the matter before you speak.

ok point noted. My apologies to all the executive club members

This reminds me of TheVigilante how he got banned out of the blue. That guy wasn't an executive but he sort of build some engagement around himself, a good sense of humor while adding value to the community at the same time.

Point is, it doesn't matter whether you're a Jr VIP, newbie, Mod and blah. I have gotten multiple warnings, had them expired naturally by being extra careful to not step on toes the next time.

Not easy but we all must accept the fact that, to keep this place clean, we have to respect each other. You will get warnings (sometimes accidentally), it will expire. You'll get another, it will expire. I guess it takes a total of 12 unexpired warning points altogether in a roll to get banned. Correct me if I'm wrong.

So, if you get a warning and it means you have to stay away from the forum to avoid stepping on toes and help preserve your membership, I would say, it's well worth it. Stay away if you are not sure of the rules or until you at least understand what is implied in each rule and ready to comply.

Sometimes I still feel like a newbie to the rules esp. when I get a warning point and couldn't help it, just gotta learn compliance better against next time.

There is exception to this. Like if you abuse a mid, there is not need for 12 total warning. Just one warning and ban in this case. Same way it will depend case to case. They must be seeing the intentions of a person before banning especially at this level.

not his physical finger, but spirit realm finger. He hold up many, like all great men. Many thousands of middle fingers
My weed is stronger!

Hit me up to take your spiritual journey to the next level.

Sad that he's gone. A lot of his guides and posts were really helpful and well done.

I'm not sure what he did or how bad it was, but it'd be great if there was an intermediate step. Like a new Public Flogging forum, where the guilty could write "I promise I won't be a dick again" a hundred times and then move on. lol

But, in all seriousness, the willingness of management to apply the same rules to everyone is what keeps this forum going and keeps it from turning into a complete anarchy shitshow.

What's weird to me is that a person who joined the forum 1 week ago is concerned about an exec VIP that didn't post a lot.

Concerned enough to make an entire post about it.
Might be a lurker who just joined

Sometimes saying nothing is a lot more useful than talking rubbish for a few hours about topics you don't know anything about.
Your posts are great examples for that.

Jr Exec's are people who help the forum on a regular basis. Feel free to visit my profile anytime & check my recent posts because that is mostly what I do on the forum.

Jr Exec's are not here to give you any information you desire solely because you asked. I don't get why you're so concerned about an Exec you didn't even know personally.

It is actually 12 active points unless you rack up 20 warnings and we see you have no interest in compliance on the forum.

You, though, are a good example of a person who got a warning and let it expire and did not push the envelope.
