I think he has been protected way to long.Anyways there is so much dirt on bhw i stopped participating and even lost my login to my old account because of the long pause.
There is a lot of abuse which people are not allowed to talk about but once its gets public everyone acts shocked.
A good example is BigBuddy ,ex BHW admin who scammed people for over $50k and which caused a lot of good people getting banned for "attacking a staff member with scam claim"
for which he later was banned anyways.
T0mmy on the other hand was a clear parasites who got his information from other people on IRC chat.
I remember the long convos him threatening to get people and their sales thread banned who were in competition with him should they not provide their source ......
Good old T0mmy who's main achievment was to get protected on bhw (also thanks to his BHW Mod partner) and steal major information/ideas from other bhw members

well I guess you need some sort of power over someone -a staff member in this case- in order to abuse that person. Hence you're abusing the power that you have.
Not an attorney so pardon my lack of deep knowledge. Regardless, a good decision if he did such things. That's what matters.

The word abuse has several meanings and in this context, abuse of staff basically means 'insulting a staff'. You don't need power to do this, all you need is your mouth or your keyboard to type/write whatever insulting statement you want.
You don't need to be an attorney to understand this very simple/basic concept.
Even a primary school pupil would understand right from the beginning.
