which CRM are you guys using?

anyone in here using some CRM for their business's or any freelancers to keep track of their projects in details.

which one are you guys using, a customized one one or templates or themes which are already existing in the market?

i need some suggestions, to keep up everything in one place

( accounting, hrm, sales, crm etc all in one place)

For organizing all my projects as a freelancer I use Bitrix24 and for my websites I use Zoho CRM to save my leads.

I use ZOHO for tracking website visitors and sales signals.

No CRM. I use Google Sheets and Google Calendar.

Probably stupid, but it works well enough for me.

my bad, when i include accounting, HRM and sales , yeah it might be called ERP.

I prefer to develop my own ones with all integrations and scrappers needed. It takes more time but is worth it!

the biggest mistake any business could make. it is like saying i want to create my own operating system or a program where I can type my letters!!

may I ask what keywords were you searching that you came across this?

do note one thing: single package that would address all business needs are meant for small businesses. As your business grows, many companies shift away from such packages and they utilize best of breed applications.
