I found some great Viral techniques and i want to use them for CPA offers non incentive , but i was wonder which cpa support viral traffic ?

Almost every CPA network supports viral traffic.

viral traffic is the most legit traffic there is... and it's uncontrollable. so anyone has to support it

But it's little bit incentive, they have to share link to get some offers...(example to share link to get free ipad 2). Can i use for non incentive offers?
