What to do next?

Hi, I have made a website, increaseleptin.com. I have also made a YouTube video and put my website in the description. In addition I ordered likes, comments, views and subs for my YouTube video/channel. I included 3 vendor links in my free ebook (cloaked links obviously). What should I do next? Facebook, bing?

and what about backlinks for my YouTube video? So far I have used:
Bigbuddy's YouTube service =$12
Namecheap website and hosting = $18
Aweber 30 day free trial (reoccurring cost is $19 per month)

So as of today I have used $30

Next you need seo service for your site. your site has DA - 1, PA - 1 and zero backlinks.

1. How can you be a member since 2012 and don't know what is DA, PA?
2. You need to spend money to make money or spend lot of time doing everything by your self.

I suggest you start reading about backlinks and how can you do it your self, its not that hard its just a lot of manual and repetitive stuff that will drive you crazy in the end.
