What to do next after website getting rank 1 ?

Creating second sites using same keyword may be smart approach but you should avoid duplicate content. Use different title focusing on main track. If you select absolutely different niche, it may have chance to decrease authority. So use relevant and unique title for better ranking.

End goal is to figure out how to use the traffic to make the most amount of money. Right? Watch the analytics. and figure out the traffic intent. There are lots of keywords ive ranked #1 for but havent been able to monetize them very well. Its either about making money right now or building an audience and making money later. faster is always better imo. split test offers that you think will work the best. I used to have a #1 ranking for gmil on a domain i sold off last year. Got me close to 7k on some months but after testing dozens of differnet things ultimately i just slapped contextual ads on it. I built a bounch of content around gmail tips and optimizing gmail etc which worked ok and you could drive that back to youtube or other socials and get them to follow and sub or even start a newseltter but it requires time and you have to ask yourself what the retrurn on your time is. Even if i was to outsource it what are the costs?
You sell gmail email on the domian you have sold off? thanks

needs engagement
If you don't have engagement with rank 1, it means your keyword doesn't have traffic, so there's no point getting the 2nd rank too, because it won't have traffic either. Better focus on a stronger keyword.

so you say that we can't create engagement for that keyword ?
imo , im not sure we cant do engagement for low keyword with no traffic ( im sure someone call it "branding" ), i just need to learn another thing for that.

recently i found out that my website already outrank rank 1 in a spesific keyword. ( actually, i got the long tail keyword too ). for the cases, what if i do a next website for covering rank 2 ? is it good ?

another question, what title do i have to use ? different title niche but still in the track or different niche ?
Yes, creating a second website to rank for position 2 can be a good strategy, but it depends on execution. Here’s what you should consider:

1️⃣ Should You Create Another Website?
✔ If you dominate the keyword with multiple sites, you reduce competition.
✔ It helps you capture more clicks and traffic.
✔ It spreads risk—if one site gets hit by an algorithm update, the other might survive.

Downside: Maintaining two sites requires more effort (content, backlinks, SEO).

2️⃣ Title & Niche Strategy
Same niche, different angle: A slight variation in focus can help (e.g., one site targets beginners, the other for advanced users).

Different but related niche: Expands your reach while still benefiting from your authority (e.g., if your first site is about gaming laptops, the second can be about gaming accessories).

Would you want to use the same monetization method for both?

So you have a low volume non-commercial keyword and you are ranking nr.1
I wouldnt even think about monetizing this. You shouldn't either.
Focus on high volume or commercial keywords.
But then its difficult to be nr.1? I know ;)

You haddent told that yet. With that volume nr. 1 would get you a real big slice of the pie.
In tier 1 country millions of visitors should get you a monthly check for 1000's of dollars for showing ads.
So it is commercial !

There may be a language barrier, but by engagement we understand clicks. So it's ranked in 1st place but no clicks, right?

This story is very strange.
Nr.1 with 7.2M volume and no clue about SEO is strange.
Nr.1 with 7.2M volume and no clicks is even stranger.
