Hi,
I currently own a blog with dozens of affiliate products. You could say it is a bit messy, and I would do better if I just took a single product and marketed the crap out of that. But I am working on creating a larger authority site, and I have tried marketing single products with no success in the past.
So if we can keep it within this scenario we have...
I read on a lot of articles that people are buying ads to their new projects such as blogs, and cam sites (strictly for an example - my niche is NOT in the adult entertainment space).
I don't mind spending $5 a day to test things out, but in the past when I spent on Facebook or Google Ads it adds a lot of "impressions" but no real interactions. And my ads for traffic have not yielded much success to my website.
So to get back on track, with a website that has multiple (I believe they are high quality) articles, pages, and reviews, with no single "product" to sell, although technically most of the articles have an Affiliate Link, where should I technically send my ads to?
Is it the home page? Is it the highest commission product? Is it to a regular review that I hope will motivate people to visit more of the website?
Or should I just develop a newsletter and hope for sign-ups? Should I even bother spending money on ads just to get attention to my site, when $5 might be better spent on some Fiverr gig?
I guess another relevant question would be, instead of ads for $5 (for testing), what sort of gigs would be more effective to look for?
