I have been searching the web, tirelessly for days, trying to find the perfect fit.

I want to build a niche social network/dating site. And I want it to have chat/instant messaging

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

social engine is really bad in my opinion.

PHP Fox Pro however is the one i have used before and its one of the easiest to work with.
And as there are plenty of nulled versions out there, its free
