What does CPA mean?

I know this might sound stupid, but what does cpa mean. And what is a cpa network?
Another thing, im trying to sign up with ogads, and this is what it says:

I have no websites and i dont know what to type. Im sorry but im new to this. I tried to do some re-search but didnt find anything, but i have you guys. Hopefully you will help me out.

cpa = cost per action .. nice website is www.offervault.com to find them but if you're sticking with ogads you can ignore it.
cpa network = a website that has cpa offers inside. affiliate network is another word for it. check out www.affpaying.com .... it's a directory/review site for all the big networks out there.

you pick a [cpa] offer, get the link for it, and send traffic (visits). when a person does the action required, you get a commission. usually action is to sign up & confirm their email, or buy something. the offer will tell you exactly what a visitor has to do to count as a lead.

if you use search bar you'll probably find a dozen other threads asking that question regarding ogads application and with what to answer. off top of my head i think you will be safe putting "instagram.com" or "youtube.com" or "twitter.com". usually those answers will fly if you do not have a website.
