I think so, i am using shared hosting, that might be a issue

Try using caching and tell cloudflare to cache your pages at their end. Cloudflare can save you hosting costs by serving your content from their endpoint.

I cannot say why but certainly, 7.1s is too much for only 40 requests, so I would blame the server.
Any visitor would be scared away immediately unless the page has content that he or she really needs.
That's a fact and i need to rectify it.

yes, its a WordPress, i am using wp-rocket and wp-smush

Hosting might be the issue. wp rocket works fair in optimizing site speed.
