Hi,
looking for a good safe way to exchange my paypal funds into btc.
Can anyone help pls?

It's very risky to accept PayPal like that without escrow !
You can use Localbitcoins via Escrow :)

I think wants to change his PP into BTC, so there wouldn't be much risk for him, right?

It's easy once the buyer open dispute as he not did this payment and his account was hacked !! Money will back :) as well !!
So be careful with that , they are many scammer buyers who you will did the payment with different IP and than contact support as account got cracked or hacked since this payment not made it with his own real IP :) !

That sounds pretty smart! Too bad I'm not a scammer. Sometimes it just seems too easy.

Edit: But what about the 2 way verification?

Buyer can create dispute anytime so it's not trustworthy to exchange with bitcoins. Alternative option must be choosed.

They are many way to bypass this , even if he confirmed by mistake for example and open dispute !
anyway PayPal is very risky Payment for Receivers ! :) be careful Sellers !

Payza used to be an easy and low cost way to do this (as it allows for transfer to BTC inside its accounts), if you used the same card/bank for Payza that you had for Paypal. You move the money in Paypal to the card/bank, then from there into the Payza account, then change it to BTC in theaccount. Now that Payza is restricted to non-US people, I don't know if it works as well.

#AWS4SELL
you are right but dont forget there is the mass payment way where you are not covered.
Also, ofcourse there is a risk on both ways, but as the moment i have it on paypal and always will, as i sell on ebay :-)
i am willing to do a test with mass payment (you can check on google how it works)
i already have a guy but he is ended his BTCs, as we do pretty a lot per day.
if you are not a scammer (#AWS4SELL) and want to try out small amount i will be willing to do so.
i have a lot to loose here to :-)
All other ways are very expansive ways, not less then 15% and as you know for ebay reseller it is a killer!!
So PM me if you wanna try, we are for very very long run :-)

Thread closed as we have someone bumping old threads promoting the same stuff.
