Want advice on web hosting plan

    Hello BHW, I am from India and I want to open a online student portal. I want to know the best web hosting solution in india so i can afford for first year. As this is related to education so may be hundred user can be online at a time.My budget will be 5000-6000 rupees for the first year.I need your expert advice. Any advice will be welcome. Thanks in advance.

    With 100$ (6000 rupee) you can cover most of the reliable hosting basic plan.
    Hostgator, Justhost, I-page, Bluehost . Just have a look of those sites and find the best suit for you. Those hosting can easily handle
    that kind of traffic.

    Or are you only looking from Indian Hosting ?

    GoDaddy hosting is reliable? Nah..

    Hostgator or Bluehost or HostWinds for hosting
    Namecheap for domains.

    HostWinds is not bad at all for webhosting and you can get discount from this forum just search the thread.

    dont even think about godaddy hosting. It's so slow..And worpress can be installed up to 24 hours.

    Im with godaddy too. It may not be the best but I host 5 websites without problems. And I dont feel like moving to another host. "Never change arunning system"

    From BHW I'll Go For Hostwinds,Servinio Both Are Good.

    hi there are many hosting providers like :
    godaddy
    Hostgator
    Namecheap
    Bluehost
    hostnetindia
    etc...... you can try any one of them , currently i am using godaddy and its fine ...

    I got good experience with hostgator and (now) stablehost....
    bad experience with justhost and hostwinds.

    Thanks all for your advice...I have checked the hostgator plans and attached this pic according to one year baby plan. Just look at the pic. its too much for hosting. hostgator.jpg . Actually I'm looking for indian hosting service provider or the provider who can provide debit card or bank transfer as their payment method.

    HostGator does offer both WU and bank wire (not transfer) as payment methods. You need to contact the support for the details, but they do offer this.

    ThereĀ“s also the Hatchling plan IF that is sufficient for you, with that the price stays in your price range.

    Dear mate as I mentioned above I am also Indian and have godaddy hosting for my 6 domains. They are cheap, secure and best I think I can say at least for me. So I would be recommend godaddy to you. check out my first reply for discount code if you going to buy this one.
