I am trying to use VK.com articles so I can make myself a good contextual backlink.

However, each article I write and then publish it, the published page has a no-index tag.

My backlink will be useless if not indexed by search engines.

I tried old accounts and I also confirmed the account with phone number and email, however, the issue still remains and all the articles I write are generated with a no-index tag.

How do I remove the no-index tag?

According to my knowledge, you can't remove the "no-index" tag yourself on VK.com articles; you might want to ask VK.com support for help or explore other websites to create backlinks that search engines can index

Is there a specific requirements that they will ask me to provide when I request they change the no-index tag?

So I should contact them to remove the no-index tag?
they won't care about your opinion, they've noindex'd their site because it suits their business needs, they don't give a crap about what SEOs want. Just find another website...

The specific requirements might vary. But according to me they would ask for the article link, reason for the change and account info. More than it I don't have a clear idea.

It's better to contact VK.com support directly to get their precise instructions and requirements.

I see a lot of vk accounts with articles on them and they are indexed on Google

and the no-index tag is not found on their articles too

Is there another site that you can recommend?

I'm not familiar with VK, I only know that some years ago (4-5??) they used to be a web 2.0 type of website because I remember lots of people building links on it. But I looked at their homepage and it's not what I remembered, so I'm not sure that it's still a web 2.0...

If you're referring to web 2.0 sites, then you can use the usual ones (google sites, wordpress, blogger, wix, tumblr, medium, etc.) but many of these are noindex nowadays... and if they're not noindex they offer minimal SEO value anyway...

If VK is not a web 2.0 anymore, though I can't recommend anything since I have no idea what to make of this site, sorry! I can see that they have a messenger-type of app, which makes them similar to skype / telegram / signal?? I can't tell...

What exactly were you using VK for if you don't mind me asking? Was it for backlinking purposes, or is it something about smartphone apps and stuff? I really can't figure out their business model just by looking at their homepage...
