its best to buy from marketplace here. you can look into all the reviews and decide. buying from third party website might not be so good idea

If you buy a VCC, it comes loaded with USD 1 and that activates the account and then the way many VCCs are created is that after 1st charge, card gets destroyed.
THEN, READ THIS WELL : THAN, the sakme day or after a few days or any day at random, the Adwords system will again post a small test charge to the card, that test charge will fail, as card was destroyed and BOOM, account suspension (it will NOT show billing issue, fix it, it will SUSPEND account).
And THIS is the reason people say VCCs are not working these days..
VCCs that get accepted ARE working, only that you need to ensure that the SAME VCC you use for activating, remains alive WITH atleast USD 2 in balance, during the life time of the Adwords account.
I am certain NO ONE has known this.

My account got suspended immediatly after i add VCC. It says "Suspended because of payment" I used antidetect 7 and vpn. Always change vcc. Does it mean vcc provider banned?

If the VCC got added in the first place, then there is no issue with the VCC.
Did you create a campaign & then account got banned ?
What type of VCC was it ? If you bought it from some seller, then these days those kind VCCs will not work. Why ? Because those VCCs are loaded with just $1 or $2 and will get auto-destroyed after 1st use.
These days, when you add a card in Adwords, the Adwords payment system will post 2 small charges to the card, so if card is auto-destroyed after 1st use, then there is an issue.
Next use a card with atleast $2 loaded and it does not get auto-destroyed after 1st use (test charge) and make sure the card is alive till life of the Adwords account and then destroy the card and use a new fresh card for each account.
This is what I do and going well.
The card has $6 balance. After creating campain and adding card account was
Banned within 5 minutes. I used usa account, us vpn, antidetect 7.1 ,
The vcc was entropay card. Is it bad service? Or the card should only be issued by us bank and has us veriefied billing address?
If you know where to get good usa vcc let me know please

Issue in this case, was (is) not the VCC. Issue is (was) with the IP or with your niche (ad text, keywords, etc may be high risk zone)

Not only the vcc and not charging u r card without your knowledge. You have the quality ip and vcc then u can win the google.

Then the issue is not the card, it is something else. Do not use antidetect 7.1 kinda stuff to spoof your user agent things. Just keep changing screen resolution and keep frequently uninstalling firefox and reinstalling different versions of it from ftp.mozilla.org and go to settings of it and turn off auto update.
Think out of the box. Do not do what everyone else is doing, it no longer works. There is a lot more, but I cannot share it for free, sorry mate.

From where we can get a qulaity IP and which VCC you recommend? i tried AWS+Entroy/Payeer VCCs but nothing works. account suspended as soon as i create a very 1st compaign. Kindly advise

amazon aws is flagged, any VPS with Windows Server 2008 or 2012 is flagged. Most proxies are useless for Adwords. There are methods which people get to know by researching and experimenting and I advice you to do the same. There are no more free meals.
