uTorrent Preferences Updater

I've noticed that a few people are having trouble with downloading, e.g. their download speeds are extremely low or something similar.
I've also had this problem so I created a program to try and "fix" this issue, although it's not a fix it really does help.
It basically installs some of the best settings you could possibly have.

Although the actual idea isn't to "fix" download speed issues, it does help.
The point of this program is to save time when trying to get better preferences, so instead of spending hours looking up videos on YouTube and manually entering the settings this program installs the settings automatically.

The best part?
I can control exactly which settings get downloaded, I can manually change the settings being downloaded without forcing people to update or re-download the application.

Yeah, I totally agree with you. I am trying to make a bit of money - who isn't though? The program took me a lot of my time to make and I initially made it to benefit people, which, by the way, it has. So even though it's an ******* link, it's still going to benefit people, it's also not a big deal. 5 seconds to wait, it's not like a survey or anything.

It is against the rules and not in the spirit of the forum.

If you want to share, then share but this is frowned upon.

There are rules for providing download links.
