Using CPA With Email List?

I've got a few facebook pages that I've been building the last couple months with 100k+ fans on them. I've currently been optimizing them by sending them to my related sites with adsense on them, but I'm looking to monetize these pages a little more.

That being said, I've begun building email lists from them, (don't ask why I waited so long, it was stupid on my part) either way, I've been building the email lists and they're growing rapidly. I used to do CPA back in the day with YouTube, but I figured this would be an easy way to start monetizing the email lists. However, the CPA networks that I used to use don't seem to allow email marketing for any offers that I can find. I haven't done CPA stuff in a while, but I don't remember it being this ridiculous to find offers that are allowed to be promoted through email marketing.

My question is, am I just looking in the wrong networks? If so, could someone please direct me towards a network that might fit with what I'm looking for?

By the way in your fan page do you post a link redirect them to a landing page then through pop up email subscribe form?
Fan pages are bad right now for targeting people if you have no budget at all as for all of the likers on your fan page you have boost your post (pay) for them to actually see it.

For the fan pages I'm having no problem converting them to the email list, my conversion is more than satisfactory and yes I am paying for boosting posts at times.

I've been doing doing CPA via email for 15+ years. I have never seen a network that doesn't allow email. Offers can vary and some the advertiser may not allow email. What type of offers are you looking for?

Networks usually love mailers, because they know they can usually produce volume.

I was just going to start with email and zip submits, but I haven't found any that allow emails.

If you are looking for CPA offers you can start searching using the spy Tool MakeMassive We have 42,000 offers from majority of the best networks which allows Email promotion as well.

Dont worry about Pro sign up. Using guest or free account you can find and apply at all the networks.

There may be some offers that do not allow email marketing but the whole network I never heard of it . If you want to promote such an offer so badly then you can just hide your refer from the networks and if the traffic will convert for the advertiser then everyone will be ok with it.
