Using Ahrefs to identify Hashtags for Instagram

I don't actually have Ahrefs but have started using a VA who has access to it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a tutorial on the best way to research IG Hashtags using Ahrefs?

I have found great tutorials by people like @Geasy and @fasttrak on how to use it for Pinterest so am assuming it can be used for Instagram?

I am useless at social media beside Pinterest, but this might help.
