Uploading Music to Youtube without Copyright Infringes

I've decided to upload some music with my own videos to Youtube, but Youtube quickly restricted this due to Copyright infringement. How do Channels like UKF: user/UKFDubstep do this without any problems?

1. Disclaimers?
2. Change the footprints on the music?
3. Change a part of the song?
4. etc...

I've found some ideas of slowing the speed down by -3.00 on audacity... but not sure of this.
