UK LTD vs US LLC ?

Same dilemma here. How do you think about going with taxes and accounting?
 
The taxes should be lower in UK and its definitely more simple to pay them and handle the paperwork. US is notorious with over complicating the tax system.

Stripe Atlas for example gives you US Delaware LLC together with their account.
 
I've heard Stripe atlas is more strict with dropshipping, and it looks like if you don't have employees while having an LLC, you basically don't have to pay taxes at all. So having a dropshipping business, for example, would really benefit from an LLC.
 
I wonder if someone uses Stripe Atlas + Delaware and what was their experience.
 
I would go for UK, if you become delinquent, you will have your company dissolved automatically. In the U.S? Well, if you have a registered office service, then you are in bad luck, because you will keep getting charged until you manually dissolve your company
 
but can you distantly close the LLC? I mean there should be a procedure
 
If you want to raise venture cap the best is to go with US C-Corp.

If you are looking to minimize tax go with an offshore llc.

If you are in the UK and just need limited liability go with ltd
 
I opened a LLC in Wyoming in 2 days. From Brazil. It’s a single owner LLC, I’m taxed as individual. And I’m only taxed on my profit.

I am also planning to form in Wyoming. How you manage to do it correctly? any recommendation?

Go with UK, you will have many hustles with the US, unless you a citizen holder if not for non us citizen it’s best to go with UK.
1. Cheaper
2. Taxes more easy to handle
3. Verification for the payment processing way easy then US where you will always going to be required for SSN. If you have SSN then surely go with llc. Take this for granted
