Tracking pixel required

I don't know if there is something wrong with fb or have they made any new changes to pixel setup. I keep getting this error when I am trying to publish my ad.

"Tracking pixel required : A tracking pixel is required for ads in a campaign with conversion as its objective."

Anyone knows how to fix this. I have my pixel setup and I have added my ads account on it.

You need to verify a domain first and connect the pixel to your website, it usually takes 72h to Facebook to approve the domain and the pixel
