Torrent Upload Script + Wordpress Addon

Hi freelancers,

I am looking a torrent uploading script that allows the following:

1. Monitoring of folders and auto create .torrent files when a new files is added.
2. Creation of screenshots/thumbnails for files inside that monitored folder.
3. Automatically create a new post inside wordpress, layout of post will be entered inside the script (html)
4. Automatically upload the torrents to sites like 1337x, tpb and more with given credentials.
5. Automatically add a description to the torrents when they are uploaded.
6. Automatically send the new .torrent files to the installed torrent client for seeding.

Basically an allround torrent/thumbnail creation and posting bot

It can either work under Windows or Linux, doesn't really matter to me.

Not sure what a reasonable price is, but i'd say 400~650 USD, preferably paid in bitcoin.
