I make money of tiktok creator rewards program in a US based account, but I'm a forgeiner and I'm required to fill out the tax information to get paid, so I've decided to use someone TIN I found on the internet and it worked perfectly. I just know that tiktok sends 1099 at the end of the year to all people who made money in the app, but will tiktok report earnings to the IRS ? and what's the min threshold for tiktok to send the 1099 form ?

Considering it's free to get a TIN, all you have to do is make a phone call to US. I don't understand why you took a random number? Thats the same as using someone credit card details, of course there is a trail, and as soon as the government understand correctly whats going on, TIN trace, then they'll know the details don't match, and tik tok will ban your account. Thats the worst case, you'll maybe get paid before that happens, but I doubt there is a future with an account that you are filling up with random data.
