This is what I have. Help me narrow my focus please

Hello, I own a small "virtual" IT (sole prop). I did not choose or purchase most of these domains. Most were given to me a few yrs ago, from a web company I consulted with.

I have most of the front pages done, and just need to fill content.

I own several rental car domain names, and want to monetize them, using a white label / affiliate site.

Rental Car Sites:
RentalCarOffers.com (90% completed - When completed, will clone to the other two rental car domains, and personalize details)
RentalCarGuam.com (will be cloned - Guam rental car affiliate site. could also be sold or leased to a prominent rental car agency on Guam)
SeattleRentalCars.com (will be cloned - Seattle Washington rental car affiliate site. could also be sold or leased to a prominent rental car agency in Seattle)

In addition to these three rental car domains, I also own multiple travel and destination websites that could benefit from a rental car component.

ThailandBro.com (80% completed - capitalize on the growing "passport bro" trend)
VacationGuam.com (not started yet - vacation travel site for Guam. could also be sold or leased to a prominent travel agency on Guam)
GuamTourGuides.com (not started yet - tour guide vacation site for Guam. could also be sold or leased to a prominent tour agency on Guam)
AngelesCityVacation.com (not started yet - vacation site for Angeles City Philippines)
AdventureVacationClub.com (not started yet - affiliate discount club for group vacation and tour packages)

altCBD.com - (90% completed - affiliate sales or white label drop ship)
SafeDetoxProducts.com - (90% completed - affiliate product sales)
Nutralus.com (not started yet - good brand for supplements)

TopHostingAffiliates.com (not started yet - multi-tier website hosting & other related affiliate programs)
SerfWear.com (90% completed - a print-on-demand affiliate site)

Other Domains:
ModernoFashionista.com (original idea was an eBay or Amazon type multi-vendor site for new or gently used higher end fashion brands)
MeetMePH.com (50% completed - a free Philippines social and dating site, monetized by affiliates & ads)
PhilFunder.com (80% completed - a site where small nonprofit org from the Philippines can post their goals, to seek micro-funding)

I have three domains for sale also: They are all set since Guam legalized the recreational sale of cannabis.

I'm open to feedback and suggestions, as well as partnerships for one, some or all my domains.
I can build sites, and I understand the fundamentals of affiliate marketing, SEO, drop shipping etc. What I do not have experience in, is traffic generation. I can rank local small businesses on Google local pretty well, but not these.
My ideal partner will be an expert in driving traffic to these sites, while I fill them with content.

It's a long story, but I had nearly $500K set to retire in the Philippines, and my ex essentially stole it from me, leaving me broke and stuck in her country.
To make a long story short, this is all I have left, after my ex took everything else from me. I'm currently stuck in her home country with no income and no way to get home to the US. My 1st goal is only $1000 per month. This will give me enough to live here. Then as I gain more experience, my goals will increase. She took my life savings, and left me $70K in debt (loans and credit cards)

I know they're not great domains. I understand that, but surely they can make enough for me to survive, right? I really need help and guidance. Please, just tell me what I have to do.

Get a hosting account from cenchu.net (he is a member and has discounts)

Setup wordpress on each domain

Use Cyberseo or WP Robot to make them into autoblogs
