I use exoclick and awempire, amempire is good for live cam ads. They are my main advertisement companies.

I have now currently decided to cut back all advertisement on my sites to build the returning users and will introduce them back in at a later stage.

Where do you host your videos? Every video host I've found wants to display 4 popups whenever a user plays a video, not ideal
