Day 47 - 9.8.2023
Today didn't go as planned. I had to fix two bots which took about 2 hours and because of that, some of the work which was usually done automatically had to be done manually. The good news is that I am ready with all the campaigns for site #5 and they can be launched in the next few days.
Tomorrow will be an off day. I will finish what's left on Friday.
Planned tasks:

2) Final preparations for new campaigns for site #5. // done

Day 48 - 11.8.2023
I had some problems with about 30 product pages for site #5 which had to be manually edited. This took some time today, but I am finally ready, so I scheduled all the campaigns with TS1.
It took half a day and I decided instead of finishing the sales page setup to focus on some other stuff which was delayed and I will start fresh with finishing what's left tomorrow.
Below I will write what was done today.
Planned tasks:
1) Fix some pages for site #5. // done
2) Schedule all ad campaigns with TS1 for site #5. // done | I will try to further develop site #2 and #6 in September with TS1 before launching the 4 new sites. In the beginning of September, I will see how the performance is going for site #2 and #6. Mid September will see how it's going with site #5.
3) Add one more ad account as a backup for TS2. // done | will launch some warm up campaigns with it on Monday the incoming week. Until then some random natural activities are scheduled.
4) Fix a small problem for a client. // done
5) Select a new WP theme for a client's site. // done | If he agrees, I will create a new website design for him. That's the client with the 4 and 5 figure services he charges. We stopped the campaigns this month though as almost everyone is on a vacation and there is no point to run campaigns for these services now.
6) Schedule some tier 2 links to all tier 1 links in July. // done
7) Check the current list of free sites used for link building. // done | Some platforms seem down, but I think it's temporary. Will update the DB if needed.

There are some incompatibilities between few plugins, but I have a workaround, however I will go as it is for now. Further improvements will be done if/when needed down the road.

Today I worked mostly offline, so I won't consider it a work day online, but here is what I have for now:
1) Two ad accounts in a good condition and two pending reactivation for TS1, so until the end of this month I should have 4 healthy ad accounts ready for the new 4 sites.
2) For TS2, I have one main account and two backup accounts of which one is pending reactivation and for the other one I need to launch a warm up campaign tomorrow to see how it goes and whether it will get banned. Either way though, I won't launch the main campaigns until I have a proper setup to not have the work done so far go down the drain. Looking forward to get this solved in the next 1-2 weeks and will launch the campaigns at the end of this month or in the beginning of September. The budget needed for a test won't be above 500-600 EUR total.
The dummy campaigns are mainly created with the purpose of increasing the trust of the account and also to test different creatives which will be very similar to the original creatives I have prepared. That way, for example if a creative is too aggressive and the ad account gets banned, it won't affect me, since the actual money campaign is not launched yet and this can be done in another ad account. The only downside of course is that you lose the account.
3) Site #6 and site #2 can be further developed with more campaigns using TS1. I will get this arranged tomorrow. The bot that was built earlier needs an update and I will have to do this first before preparing the stuff for the workers. I will record some videos tomorrow to show the workers how the scraper bot works and they can use it for the 4 new sites.
4) I will also check tomorrow whether using the cracked version of the sales funnel builder will work the way I think in order to duplicate sales funnels when needed practically for free. Of course, this is for scaling up, but I have to know it now.
5) I have one fully prepared test ad account for TS1 which will be used for promotion of the sales page as well. There are three campaign types I want to test, however I will need 1 to 1.5k EUR total for a test for each type (300 to 500 EUR per type), so for this reason I will do this in September or October once I have more funds generated from the 6 + 4 sites.
RANDOM NOTE: If the ad accounts are in a good standing and everything goes as planned, my only concern for 2) and 5) will be whether the product selected is the best one to go with, however it won't be a problem to adapt the funnel for a similar product if needed. The funnel page and the sales copy looks pretty good to me, because I wrote it myself, although AI was involved as well, so if things don't work out as expected and as I mentioned if the ad accounts work fine, then the problem will be in the product itself, therefore I'd swap it.
6) The 4 new sites are ready in terms of design, however some images should be changed individually for each site and also the content should be changed as well. I have the content prepared but the changes will take 1-2 days for each site or about a week total. While waiting for everything else to get arranged, I will focus on this task until the end of the month.
7) I will need about 80 more ad accounts (split between 3 platforms) to be created which will be used for scaling up later down the road. Everything is done manually here, so I will have to block 2 hours per day for this task until it's fully done. Will start it from tomorrow and will do it after all tasks for the day are complete.
I have 100 accounts now and about 20 test accounts. (not warmed up for ads though) All of them will be utilized after I know very good what I am doing, all the tests have been done, 10 sites are operational with TS1, ROI is consistent and I am getting good results with TS2.
Then I will build a team and will repeat the same process with 40 more sites.
