I hope that you are doing good.

In this thread I am going to document the tasks I do on a daily basis which will help me reach my goals. Detailed steps/methods won’t be shared in the thread for obvious reasons, so I will write down elaborative information in my own daily tasks text file or spreadsheet.

I don’t work with free traffic sources since the usual SEO has resulted in just 10-15% overall revenue for the particular niches I am in and it’s not worth the effort. Instead, I will be focusing on paid ads only and since I don’t have an extended knowledge on two of the traffic sources I am going to test, I will see how it will go with them first before including them into my overall traffic generation strategy.

The past few years have been a little bit of a roller coaster for me and I had to rebuilt everything from scratch.

For one of the traffic sources I do have lots of experience with and it will be one of the main traffic sources.

Total traffic generation sources to use at first – three (now using one).

Total sites I have so far – six (just one is at its peak with the current traffic source). The others will be developed in the incoming weeks.

In the future, I might add in more traffic sources depending on the results. The goal is to have as many sites/funnels as possible generating a positive ROI. To scale up without problems, I need no less than 2x ROAS, otherwise it’s a little bit harder to scale. I will automate everything with bots and/or VAs. Ideally, I will have one main manager responsible for each traffic source and its allocated team doing some manual tasks or operating the bots.

This will be the main focus on my journey, however I will also do some extra tasks such as freelancing, but I will carefully select my clients. An extra 2-3k EUR from several clients which will take 1-2 days total per month to manage will be great.

Earnings/revenue from my offline businesses won’t be included in the thread. What I earn from my current clients (just three at the time of writing) won’t be included as well.

Tasks to do until the end of this week:

• Finish the web design for a client of mine – 1 to 2 days max.
• Structure a good schedule to follow and adjust if necessary – finish until Sunday.
• Create a scraping bot which will save few days of manual work per month. It’s not very complex but it will pull data from about a dozen sites, so right now I can’t determine how long it will take.

I do everything on my own/outsource some of the stuff to a small team I am training now or I hire people for the tasks I cannot do or cannot do fast enough.

I will do updates on the earnings once a month, however I will populate my journal daily.

Day 1 - 8.6.2023

I. Planned tasks:

1) Finish the website for the client - 50% done

II. Unplanned tasks:

1) Had to fix a problem with one API but it took longer than expected - done

Still I am on schedule, so it's all good.

How are you closing the clients?.. How are you getting the clients to choose you?
can you throw some lights on it? As per my experience the web design niche is quite saturated already.

What is the need for six websites if you are doing paid traffic ? Cannot all traffic be sent to just one site ?

Word of mouth but there are plenty of other ways. If you don't have budget for ads or web design is very satured in your area, you have to be very active and look for clients in all possible ways.

Separate sites and separate accounts is what I do for paid ads. If you one ad account gets banned it won't affect the other accounts/sites.

Day 2 - 9.6.2023

I. Planned tasks:

1) Finish the website for the client – done.

The feedback from the client is positive and more importantly the site has all the functionalities needed when it starts to grow, so there won’t be a problem to complete with the big boys who have been in this industry for over 30+ years.

II. Tasks to finish until Sunday:

1) Create a good schedule to follow with hours needed for each task. I work from 08:00 to 18:00 and this includes offline tasks as well which sometimes take 10-20 minutes to do, other times few hours, so if I cannot finish everything on time, I’d start work at 07:30. If that doesn’t work I will start at 07:00 and so on until I find my sweet spot, because I need few hours of testing right now with the new traffic sources and all the work that comes with them.
2) Determine roughly how long it will take me to finish the bot by exploring all the details for each site to scrape.
3) Update some php files for all sites.
4) Schedule the SEO tasks for the current clients’ sites.

Tomorrow will be a day off, because I will have to do some offline tasks.

Day 3 - 11.6.2023

1) Start a warm up process for 4 new ad accounts.
2) Determine the best schedule to follow for all ongoing tasks.
3) Check approx. how long it will take to create the bot. I will most likely focus just on coding of the bot in the incoming week as some of the manual work can be saved with it.
4) Update some php files
5) Add some new products for promotion.
6) Send new products info to my team for further work on their end.
7) Prepare all the SEO tasks for the current month and pass it to my team.
8) Farm some new ad accounts.


Will update later how many of those tasks I have managed to finish today. The incoming week I won't work online on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Hello, thanks for posting. Right now I don't have open positions and my goal is to reduce the human factor as much as possible. When I need some additional management stuff done, I will send you a PM and you can share what you are good at.

Day 3 - 11.6.2023 - Update

1) Start a warm up process for 4 new ad accounts. - 50% done. Some interesting blocks occured on the billing part, but I managed to come up with a workaround. This slowed me down though, but I will finish this task tomorrow before I travel.
2) Determine the best schedule to follow for all ongoing tasks. // done
3) Check approx. how long it will take to create the bot. I will most likely focus just on coding of the bot in the incoming week as some of the manual work can be saved with it. - 1 to 4 hrs/site or up to 1 work week total for automating all sites. Will prioritize this task for the whole incoming week.
4) Update some php files // done
5) Add some new products for promotion.
6) Send new products info to my team for further work on their end. (50% done)
7) Prepare all the SEO tasks for the current month and pass it to my team.
8) Farm some new ad accounts.

Will try to finish what's left tomorrow morning without 8).

Day 4 - 13.6.2023

Starting the day later, because my father had some health issues yesterday night and I got back home early in the morning. He is fine now though which is the most important thing.

I am behind schedule. What’s left to do is:

1) Add some new products for promotion.
2) Send new products info to my team for further work on their end.
3) Prepare all the SEO tasks for the current month and pass it to my team.
4) Write all the important aspects for each site which will speed up the coding part.
5) Farm some new ad accounts.

Day 4 - 13.6.2023 - Update

1) Add some new products for promotion. // 80% done
2) Send new products info to my team for further work on their end. (postponed because of 1) not finished)
3) Prepare all the SEO tasks for the current month and pass it to my team. // done
4) Farm some new ad accounts. // done --> this is an ongoing task. Have to farm 2 dozens of accounts on each platform which will be used in the future. Time frame for this is about 1-2 hrs day for a month.

You can use a funnel builder software according to your needs or if you are using WordPress go with any funnel builder addon/theme. There are some comparison threads on BHW which you can check. I don't use paid services.

Day 5 - 15.6.2023

I couldn’t write in the morning but here is what was done for today.

1) Add some new products for promotion. // done
2) Send new products info to my team for further work on their end. // done
3) Write the most important steps for the bot. // 40% done
4) Improve the account farming process because I see some problems now. Have few ideas to test. // ongoing

Tomorrow I will focus on 3) and spend some time on 4) as well. Task 2) although passed to the team will take few days to complete.
