The Journey to Greatness

Day 20 - 3.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Complete the new bot. // 90% done.
2) Fix another bot. // done

Additional functionalities #1 and #2 have been added to the bot in 1). Left is the last functionality, some code refactoring and final debugging.

So far everything works as expected. The issue I had yesterday is resolved. It was a very silly mistake but that's what happens when you don't code for a few months.

Tomorrow is a day off. I will continue on Wednesday and I hope to finalize everything. I am behind schedule although I do my best to stick with the planned tasks and complete them on time.

True story I know this guy who went viral for a sex video while he was drunk he gained millions of views for this sex video the thing is the guy is an alcoholic he's always drunk he doesn't even understand the concept of going viral which he did and he could've made millions of dollars after going viral for the video I want to know how to make him go viral again but not for the sex content if possible my idea was to put up a social media post of him with the title Meet The Guy Who Went Viral Had Millions Of Viewers For A Sex Video. do you guys have any suggestion and yes this is a True Story by the way

True story I know this guy who went viral for a sex....
You should ask Johnny Sins. He has more experience than me in this niche.

Do you hire someone to create bots for you?
I create them myself.

If you don't know how to code WinAutomation (Powerautomate after it was bought by MS) for single-thread and ZennoPoster for single/multithread bots are your best friends.

Day 21 - 5.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Do some manual updates for Site #2. // done
2) Send new products for promotion. // done
3) Arrange some accounting stuff. // done
4) Offline work. // done
5) Complete the new bot. // 90% done.

Functionality #3 and debugging left to be done. I spent half of the day on some offline work and probably tomorrow I will have to devote few hours as well. I did some other stuff though outlined in 1) to 3). Will focus on finalizing the bot tomorrow.

Today I used it for some stuff and it worked good. What would usually take 1.5 to 2 hrs to do manually, took about 25 minutes (20 mins by the bot, 5 mins manual work after it was done).

After I finish it up I will spend about 1 hour for rescheduling and planning everything that should be done this month. Then will get back to work.

Today there was more offline work than expected, so I decided to have it all finished instead of splitting between online/offline work and not having anything fully finished. I am working on a new offline business in parallel which should be ready by the end of this year.

I did some online work, but it was more routine stuff, so I will continue tomorrow.

Day 22 - 7.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Complete the new bot. // done.

Today I focused solely on finalizing the bot and debugging. The last function was a little bit tricky to write, so I used AI and modified the code a bit. Everything works as expected so far, however I have not tested all possible scenarios. Either way though fixing bugs and adding new functionalities won't be a problem.

As mentioned earlier the bot will help me to scale up with the current traffic source. It took me twice the time planned to get it written but I learned some new things along the way, so obviously apart from the fact that it will save me a lot of time, I can reuse the code for new similar bots when needed.

This month I'll be the only one using it in order to fix eventual bugs if they happen. I will train a VA from the team to use it from August onwards.

Tomorrow I will do some planning, rescheduling and will also write down everything needed for the initial testing of the next traffic source and the other priority tasks for this month.

Day 23 - 8.7.2023

Unplanned tasks:

1) Add some new functionalities to the bot and do extensive testing. // done

The last function written by the AI had some problems but I managed to debug and solve the issues again with AI. Another thing - I totally forgot to add in additional checks for one more database.

I thought actually that I had this added earlier, but obviously that was missed. I let the bot running today for 3 hours using different input parameters and record any errors. All the little errors were fixed after that and potential problems were rewritten with standard try/except.

Now I can focus on the tasks which I wrote about yesterday.

Day 24 - 9.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Some offline work. // done

2) Load up new ad accounts for TS2. // done (I have 3 throwaway accounts prepared; one has some ad spend, so I will use this one first)

3) Create a marketing plan from A to Z for TS2. // 50% done (tomorrow I will spy on some competitors)

Next stages are to get a cheap domain, create a good sales funnel landing page, run some ads and see how it goes. (in terms of ROI, bans, other problems, etc.)

I will finish 3) tomorrow but a priority before setting up everything with TS2 would be to replace 3 dead accounts for TS1 and leave them in a warm up stage until the end of this month. Then 4 new sites with the 4 new warmed up accounts for TS1 will be created and launched in August.

Unplanned tasks:

1) Fix some minor bugs for the new bot. // done

Day 25 - 10.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Again some offline work. // done
2) Create a marketing plan from A to Z for TS2. // 70% done
3) Campaigns set up for site #6. // done (one more batch left)

Regarding 2) --> I decided to go with just one angle (initially planned 3) and more creative pairs. Been spying on some campaigns for few hours today and tbh the competitors are not doing very good job except just 2-3 of them maybe. If I don't experience account bans which will slow me down, I should be able to achieve some good results.

I will change the funnel builder because it has some limitations on what I want to achieve. It can be done with it as well, but it will unnecessary overcomplicate things, so I will use something else.

Regarding 3) --> There is one more batch of campaigns left to be added which will be done this week. So far the auto rules are pausing lots of campaigns after certain conditions are met (the rules work OK and I also do manual inspection, but I thought that the results will be better).

I am at breakeven for the past 7 days and the goal is to come up at a plus of course. The auto-optimization will finish in 2-3 weeks time, so we will see how the site will perform from around the end of this month onwards.

On Thursday/Friday I will continue working on the other sites with TS1.

Tomorrow will be a day off.

Seems you will have fun in this wish you good luck

Day 26 - 12.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Final campaigns set up for site #6. // done
2) Create a marketing plan from A to Z for TS2. // done (adjustments will be done along the way)

Campaigns setup for site #6 was completed. Growing it further can be done with other traffic sources, but I will leave it to see how it goes until the end of the month. I expect it to be running at breakeven with about 1k in ad spend. Once all conditions for the campaigns are met, only the profitable campaigns will be left running.

For TS2 I am ready to start but this will be after few days.

A priority now is to set up 2 more ad accounts for TS1. I am testing a new farming strategy right now. If it goes good, I will be ready in about 2-3 days. If not, I will keep on experimenting.

In the mean time tomorrow I will schedule all SEO campaigns for this month for clients' sites and will try to grow further sites #1 and #3 with TS1 until the end of this month.

Overall, around the weekend this week I will know how to proceed further.

Day 27 - 13.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Schedule all SEO tasks for the month. // done

Today I had some offline work in the morning and after that I scheduled all SEO campaigns for clients. Tomorrow I have about one more hour to finish everything SEO related and then will focus on the projects again.

Day 28 - 14.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Schedule some extra SEO tasks for the month. // done
2) Remove some dead accounts, prepare all the info for the new accounts. // done

I will set up a warm up ad for TS2 tomorrow in the test account. As for farming for the new ad account I opened for TS1, I will see how it will go and then will open the other two left if all goes good.

I have few more tasks to complete before starting with the new testing phase and after that I will split my time between testing and account farming.

Tomorrow is a day off.

Day 29 - 16.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Account organizing. // done
2) Translation preparation. // 30% done

So, I will continue with account farming on Tuesday. Tomorrow, I will start some warm up campaigns for TS2 acc #1.

I also have to finish task 2) above and send the files for proofreading on fiverr. Task 2) is a priority task for tomorrow since it will take about a week to have everything proofread.

Day 30 - 17.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Translation preparation. // done

Today I had some offline work to do but I managed to get the translation files prepared. Also talked with several guys on fiverr for proofreading. Will wait 10-12 more hours for some extra quotes, since not everybody responded and will go with the best deals.

Day 31 - 18.7.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Schedule all translation jobs. // done
2) Add more products for promotion for site #1. // done
3) Prepare the new domain, hosting, etc. for TS2 done.
4) Set up and run a warm up campaign for TS2. // done
5) Preparation of creatives. // 50% done

What's slowing me down is the farming for TS1. The process is not optimal, so I have one additional idea I will try this week. It will cost no more than $60.

As for TS2 and everything related to it: I will create a simple site/page (few pages actually) and will launch the campaigns without writing the long sales copy, etc. This is to see whether everything will go smoothly. If it does, I will pause the campaigns and finish everything as it should be done and then will see what results I will get.
