Hey man, I was able to manage them without problems over 4 years, until this year I don't know what changed, here is my method if u can help me ;)

-gift card
-vmware workstation
-win 7
-firefox
-disable webrtc
-a modem with new sim
-android studio in the same machine

Is there anything missing here?
Is working with same admob a problem?

Thank you,
I think it is admob,

Don't forget, Google owns Android, Android studio might not be the best choice for you to develop your apps... Maybe try phonegap instead, or maybe a footprint you're not aware of within Android studio when you are building the apps

Like this one, i will vote on this. In order to fool google abandon google products which are exactly dependency.
What if G puts something in Android Studio and some unique ID while production? I do not think you read all the codes of your project [ MEANS ALL CODE! not just what you wrote ].

It is probably because you used the same VCC provider for 50 accounts and when google flagged this provider and made some history check, All accounts got suspended. try to find new VCC providers that are not flagged, Good way to check that is by creating adwords accounts.

I'm using real mastercard / Visa gift cards / I don't think google can ban them

Bro of course that same Admob is a problem OMG. You have same publisher id at all apps then if you use same Admob.

It's impossible to make new admob for every account

Yes, but it's bigger cost, you need to rent some adress

SDK 15 allows you to put ID in code, but I don't know if that SDK still works or not.
ID in code can be obfuscated. You can try other ad networks

Also they can check your ip TTL and find out are you using proxy or not. Proxy aren't prohibited but they are a bit suspicious plus the same admob id for a few dozens accounts is the main reason to do a full check.

Off topic : just curious, why you guys are using multiple accounts?

Yes because I changed everything except admob, sure now they're using admob to track multiple accounts

maybe google track your netch
or admob id
please sir tell me about vcc provider ?

A friend lives in USA, he gives me mastercards / Visa gift cards. He bought them from marketplace like Walmart, Amazon or from the official website

okay sir thank you , we have big problem with google

I don't think it will get better. Google is getting smarter. It's one huge complex of the Search Engine, Googlemail, Android, Android Studio, Admobs/Adsense, Google Chrome, Maps and I don't even want to mention all the scripts/software which are running in the background and "stealing/scraping" information, it's gigantic. To leave no footprint is not impossible, but it's hard as fuck.

If you use the same Admob it is highly likely to be the reason.

Man, if you share the same admob acc in all your different developer accs they will for sure get you. That is a massive footprint.
