I started this so people can post emails of those that chargeback through paypal.

We all know this is an ongoing scam.

Well i for one and getting super tired of it.

Please list the people that chargeback so we can come here as a reference and check the paypal ids before we send our products out.

I stated the same on my proxies for sale post. Guys are doing chargebacks way too much, and it's a pain in the a - -.

tpm

To avoid charge backs I sell through Ebay and ship them empty envelopes with tracking so Paypal doesn't let them charge back. Or you can always make them Claim & Cancel while not accepting creditcards.

If they use there CC company to charge back. PP wont do shit about it...

If anyone has had chargebacks by paypal you can download the lot in excel format and then sort it so you can get all of the chargebacks, I'll post a list in a moment.

I definitely thought posting personal info of BHW members was against the rules, scammer or not.

Yeah this is just for the paypal emails so that you can reference check the people purchasing, if they are on this list, then odds are you dont want to sell to them..

the personal data is fake you can see it with one eye.
He is using a polish adress with wrong zip code and putting India as country. He's name also doesnt sound polish.

Any place we could setup, where we could check the paypal emails will be great.

Cant really do anything with the name and address anyway...

They might even change there pp email, but at least this way we can make them work harder.

i used to send the blank envelope with tracking. that way is a little of a pain in the ass, but it diffuses the worry.

I now force anyone I sell to via paypal to include a non-refund notice. As I typically sell intangible goods / services. They must include a special message as a note or I will refuse to accept their money and will not deliver until they include my non-refund disclaimer.

what if you used one of those indian paypal accounts to accept funds, then 'spend' the funds on some web purchase over to your legit paypal account by sending a payment (essentially) to yourself. Then if pp doesn't want to do anything about the scam on your indian account you can wash your hands of the indian pp account and get a new one...

I haven't done this yet, but seems like it would work... I guess you could lose whatever was in the indian account at the time to scammer filed the complain though... depends on your volume I guess.

Why? Don't you think scammers would deserve just this - to get their personal info posted in public so people are aware and do not do business with them?

I am not trying to start another race riot here like there have been before, but are any of you noticing that the chargebacks are come from foreigners? It is starting to piss me off. I think I am going to limit purchases from the U.S., Canada, and Maybe some places in Europe.

For me at least it should solve the problem. ;)

I've nearly finished a project I've been working on, will set this up afterwards, shouldn't take long. The problem still lies with products that are purchased and available for instant download unless paypal have some sort of option to block buyers. I know that amemberpro has this option, not sure about payment processors though.

I am creating a site now, we can list them there, with screenshots and all there info. No matter the processor, pp, gco, any of them

That's actually a very good idea, best of luck with it. Watch out though, it doesn't seem all that legal to disclose peoples information like that. Even though the people that will be on it are poor pieces of horseshit that can't afford to lawyers and such.

*You know what'd be funny, if Mike Filesaim was in the list or some other guru; they seems like the rich asshol-ish type that'd do that even though the have an abundance of money. :D
