guys .... I know you *( the sellers ) are great and decent guys but honestly you are going on wrong way .... BHBodeezy pasted on first post of hes some info , this info's are fake , just look at the damn it address even a blind person can see it's a fake pp ... most probably is made with some kind of vcc ( even sold here on forums ) .... from seller point of view is some loses because of the charge back costs , but what you are selling must be protected in such way when the buyer don't pay your fees to can't use the products . gaypal payment system is vulnerable like hell , and trust me peoples can abuse them in way which you never imaginable . Anyway FOR THE SELLERS just two words : PROTECT YOUR PRODUCTS even if they are electronically delivered ; and you will be safe , in case of you are hit by such type of guys ... you can easy '' take back '' ... For the buyers *( the legit buyers ) who's using gaypal like main way to pay for stuffs best thing is they can ask for refund in case they don't need or they aren't capable to work with the stuffs .

I am keeping the info relatively basic, but, since they are sharing it, and not all sellers have a privacy policy covering this, I don't see it as an issue.
Sellers that do can always update their policies to state if the buyer fucks around than they can expected to get listed.

If the buyers do not want to be listed, don't try to get stuff for free, also, realize that in the world things go awry, and give the seller time to fix it. If the seller is an asshat, well, there is a section for that too.

If they use there CC company to charge back. PP wont do shit about it...

Unfortunately paypal can't do much if anything about it, the bank that issues the CC makes the determination if a chargeback is valid or not and their only interest is in keeping their customer happy. As long as the customer isn't to far out in left field the charge back will go through. Paypal can't win a lot of the charge back cases.

Your best option is to refuse CC payments or accept the risk of chargebacks unfortunately. It might also help to limit purchases to certain countries and or require phone verification of the order.

I agree HaRRo, only habitual offenders, but, if a central place isn't used how would we know if someone is going from vendor to vendor doing it? If each person submits the info that they have on the people doing it, and a pattern is formed, well, you see the use of that.

Also, I list asshat sellers too.

I am not keen on doing asshat middle people though, so I won't add that page.

I don't think this is good to post info of people who do chargebacks some of them may actually be stolen accounts.

In my opinion chargebacks are never for a good reason. If they had a legit reason they would speak to the seller beforehand and the seller should refund them, if not then I doubt they would post up their info online in case they were exposed as being a bad seller. If someone knows how to do a chargeback then they are more than likely a scammer if they don't bother to contact beforehand and I have never had a chargeback and contact, it's one or the other.

Anyone who has done a chargeback because they see a PayPal withdrawal in their bank will most likely already know their account is stolen.

I shall post my charge backs up later on... I have lost over $300 due to charge backs on a product that only costs $10.

It seems that most of mine were due to Paypal accounts being hacked and then used to purchase my product.

Yeah, this guy, a week before the first transaction would have fallen off, probably needed the money for bills and all.
I am tracking down his IP info too. If he spent larger sums anywhere else they will probably get hammered too.
