The best tool for automatic video creation?

Please, I need to create an always short video (usually about 3 minutes) on YouTube for music that consists of multiple clips.

Do you have a recommendation for a good tool that can best self-edit a video from recorded clips? Is there such a thing?

You can use FFmpeg to create a video from multiple tiny videos. Or you can check my comparison video maker system to see if it’s right for you :)
 
Thanks for tips, but Adobe isnt really automate tool. Still looking for something, but probably at this time, there is no tool for that.
 
I find good use of Synthesia.io, there are more especially with AI, but ive tried this and is working fluently
 
Is any of this is working with youtube?
Steve.ai sucks and its videos are getting flagged by youtube.

Are the videos created by them working on youtube or getting flagged for copyright at youtube?

I am not primarily into YouTube so can't say.
Came across these looking for alternatives for opus.pro which is not available in my country (India).
@Pythagore had made Lazy Method thread which uses opus.pro
