Please, I need to create an always short video (usually about 3 minutes) on YouTube for music that consists of multiple clips. Do you have a recommendation for a good tool that can best self-edit a video from recorded clips? Is there such a thing? Thank you for all tips!

I have tons of video from my cleaning company and looking for some one to take all my videos and make me a nice video for the company site home page. Then maybe something for a couple other pages. Would like to make sure all back end meta data is done correctly also. my company is 1 Chicago...
