Telegram Bot

WTB a script/program that can help manage my Telegram accounts to comment/post replies

This would be something like a shilling bot but needs to be able to post a predefined message that can be changed at any time.
The message needs to be posted on the last post of the

I also need multiple accounts to be stored and used simultaneously or rotated quickly.


Tasks needed to be performed:


1- Comment to the last and/or second to last post of channels picked from a pre-defined list.

2- Change accounts on telegram and post defined messages from different accounts

3-if possible, create new accounts via virtual numbers and implement them in the script automatically
