Targeted Instagram Folllowers

I'm looking to get targeted instagram followers for my brand. I used it before mostly from we********ers and a few other fashion pages which gave me a really good boost in followers and sales. I went inactive for awhile which basically killed my account and I also had a lot of fake followers to boost my appeal. Right now i'm averaging about 50 likes a post but my numbers say about 8k follower which is ridiculous and an eye sore. I started a new Instagram page and is right now trying to gather targeted followers from my tags and also other pages within a similar niche. I've tried ninjagram as well as other bots, but I currently have a mac and it constantly froze on my VM.
