Tag all your friends on multiple photos

Hello, I need an aplication to tag all my friends on the same repeated picture, i saw it working before, i also need an application for facebook fan pages, that uses the graph api to take all the wall's page post information so u can SEARCH in those post some "key word" i tried to program it but im newb on it, and how u can see, my english is not very good. Somebody have some information about anyone of my problems?

So far i have never seen such type of application, I have used tags but every time i have used this feature manually and have never heard about any software which can be helpful in tagging.
