Hi quartz, as the PPD program started less than a month ago. We have not yet send out payout.
There is a few users reaching our $10 payout and I will post screenshot if possible.
Btw, the rates for lowest tier has been increased to $1.

I shared with people, 9 people downloaded 100% for sure, it never triggered for them as for me to get credit. So I stopped.

Hi Sneek, our download rates are per 1000 downloads. How can you earn when you only share with 9 people?
