Suspicious login prevented (X)

hey guys,
i have this X account that was doing pretty good lately, i'm in the soft adult niche with a link. i used to run (.netfly) links, but yesterday i bought a new domain and switched to it.

today, everything was normal no weird activity or anything then suddenly i got logged out on my phone. i thought maybe it was suspended, but when i tried to log in on my pc, it said wrong password. i reset it, and now i’m stuck on this random screen and no clue what to do.

the account is email + phone verified, and it's premium (has the verified badge).
i reached out to support but they’re just replying with bot messages that don’t help at all.

anyone had this happen before or know what to do? would appreciate any help.

update : i just searched for my account from another account and they say "This account doesn’t exist" but i didn't receive any email saying that my account is suspended or something ....

you log in many times... just rest your account a day... and its come back normally

It sounds frustrating. It might be worth checking if there's been any email from the platform in your spam folder. Sometimes accounts can get flagged without notice.

no there’s nothing in the spam folder
that’s really came from no where like i didn’t log in from any other phones or anything that came from no where!!

Resetting your password worked but when you lookup your account it doesn't exist? x.com/username

i tried doing that but they responded with this " We’ve investigated your report and it seems like you still have control of your account." but i guess it's just a bot
and also i didn't receive any email saying that someone logged in to my account or something
I'm still waiting for a real respond but they really just don't care
"and btw it's the same account that i said last day that it was pulling good numbers and I'm afraid to lose it LOL"

yes it doesn't exist in the system, but if i tried to log in it's there but i just can't log in for some reason !!!
i searched up on reddit for ppl that had same problem as me, and they had same thing they couldn't see it if they search for it
and some said they got access to the account after a month some never got it back

Happens sometimes, especially with VPNs or new devices. Just verify and you’re good.

hey well it's been more than 5 days and i still couldn't get it back
and they said that they can't give me access back because they are not sure if I'm the owner

Hey dealing with the same issue after trying to log into my account on a new phone. Did you end up having any luck?

Sometimes this happens if you login and logout after few mins repeatedly or if you deactivate the account and reactivate within few mins

The system might flag these activity as suspicious

nope it's gone and i made another one and also it's gone, at this point you just have to live with with it, anw the posts start going viral after a week to 10 days just keep posting 3-4 times a day at the same time range and u will start going viral (this what i have done in all the accounts that got banned and all of them went viral)

Competitors start reporting your content as 'unathorized shared' when it goes viral, claiming it's them in the video, to get it taken down.

Depending on how legit and aged your account is at that point, X will either suspend you or give you a warning and force you to delete the post.

unfortunately adult link accounts on X rarely survive these purges. If you create a new account, always warm up new domains for 2 or 3 weeks with neutral tweets before switching

you could have people trying to access your account
