Its trusted I have purchased from them and it belongs to namecheap as far as I remember even it is not belongs to namecheap I had experience with the, cheap and best ssl certificates I ever found.

I’ve also purchased from them in the past. Before lets encrypt came about, they were the cheapest provider of ssl certs that I found.
 
I have decided to go ahead with Lets Encrypt for Now :D
