How do you upload music to spotify?
You can use tunecore, distro kid, or CD baby to name a few.

Distrokid does have a ~$20 annual plan which they hide from the regular pricing page. Also If you sign up without purchasing they'll send you a limited time discount email

you join an aggregator like CD Baby or Distrokid or tunecore or any of the ones who are still alive, pay them some small $, a cut and they send to spotify, then spotify pays you not too much,30-90 days in arrears.
Not necesarily exp, i bought a few via a site, but meh effectiveness so far. maybe fair to say expensive to get results cos its linked to actual revenue
