Indulge my noobishness for a moment, while we look together through some summary reports :
So we have here a coupla content-heavy, user-oriented sites and for comparison the web's most notoriously spammy piece of useless shit.
What do we notice?
So we have here a coupla content-heavy, user-oriented sites and for comparison the web's most notoriously spammy piece of useless shit.
What do we notice?
- Actual sites have PA > DA. SEOspamsites have DA > PA.
- Actual sites have a "spam score" more in the 10-20% range. SEOspamsites have a "spam score" < 5%
- Link count doesn't mean jack, 2k TB is plenty, which is why everyone knows Shaddai but nobody (outside the tiny IM bubble) has the foggiest what a Patel might be.
- Apparently PQ under 5% is possible, if one's dedicated enough. I really had no idea...
- Pretty much everyone has the same Off-page SEO scores, 40-60%. Broadly meaningless metric.
- Actual sites have low Trust Flow (really, it should be called the Dumb-or-Fake index, because only sites that are either so old and played out nobody cares anymore or else spamming the living daylights out of the webs ever get serious TF -- don't believe me ? look around!)
- Citation flow doesn't work for image-oriented sites.
- Nofollow links in any concentration are a dead giveaway for... IM-segment interest. These'd be the only people who care (or even heard of) the whole "nofollow" aborted Google innovation.
