The common rule is to start slow and keep it low and post some good stuff and be smart while choosing your hashtags .

well i follow betwen 500 650 per day i unfollow one time per week i don't follow private users and i don't use hashtags ... thats what i do ...

Yes i do ! but i don't know why i don't have alot of follow back i tried alot of niches... and now they blocked me when ever i want to like or comment i had that message close _ report or something like that...

Instead of switching niches, try switching the accounts you target.
Hi to all! i follow this steps:
Create the acc by my hand or via account creator with residentials ip on Stormproxy and assign on the account created, everything is fine.
I do the PVA and the status is VALID
But when i try to follow 1 user or add 1 like i got this message on MP: Report the issue to Instagram successfull.
Why block?!
