So I'm still green at this and wanted to ask whether MAC address matters when running android apps? Instagram, Whatsapp etc?
I heard on newer Android versions MAC address is randomized anyway but... my rooted devices all run on Android 8 and below. So is that going to be a problem?
I've got residential Socks proxy, hostname resolved through proxy, all connections on phone forbidden if proxy doesn't run, my modus operandi would be to change device ID each time I wanna run a new profile. I found a MAC address changer app too, but it's kinda weird, seems like it won't change anything permanently and it restores my original address as soon as I turn off the wifi
Btw, could Play Store and Google Services being connected to a specific email address be a hindrance too and allows apps to identify me, if I never remove them? I don't install my apps though Play Store but I need Play Store to connect with my proxy app subscription, which is such a bummer, but no way around it for now
