Should i Index Author pages?

Hello Everyone,

Recently i've been doing a lot of improvements in terms of EEAT, including adding authors to my sites.

In my Rank-Math settings, I have the following options set to "No-index" by default.

• Author Robots Meta
• Category Archives Robots Meta

My question is, should I index the above 2 options or leave them no-indexed?

Indexing them depends on the content quality. If the content on these pages is thin or just a brief bio, keep them no-indexed. Indexing category archives is possible if they are well-organized and enhance the user experience.
