Shopify making me crazy

Need Help So like we have 1 old shopify store which has and active shopify payment gateway and without any reason like no order has been place in this month and they simply stoped the shopify payment account and i am waiting for their email from last 10 days no update and then i create another shopify store and verify with my llc and passport and now during selfie verification it didn't my selfie chnage multiple devices still facing this same issue does anyone have solution for it

Use your own passport instead of outsourcing it. You'll get rejected that way.

i am using my own passport still facing this issue the main issue they are not saving the selfie

Oh of course they are not saving the selfie. Saving the selfie would pose a big risk to costomers data protection and defense . (in my country Dätenschütz) so they dont do that but instead give it a quick blink of the eye and regard as good or not. Yours obviously get put in the latter categore.

don't know waht to do chnage multiple devices still the issue is exist you can see the screesnhot

Oh, so the issue persists. Maybe develop your own web shop instead of relying on a third party. Didnt you think of that.

As said by others, I'll recommend getting a high risk card to crypto payment gateway where the user does not see that they are buying crypto and they dont have to do a KYC. This is going to cost you more in terms of tx fee but its worth the risk offloading and so that you dont lose footfall when issues occur with your payment processors like shopify. I am not too sure about shopify business but card to crypto gateways with instant settlement have helped me a lot in improving cashflow and focusing on scaling of my iptv and igaming businesses. I've had a few friends in the watch replica business use them but they have mixed reviews so cant say for sure.

Earlier, I was using card2crypto but it has lots of disadvantages:
- about 10% approval rate
- user sees that they are buying crypto
- difficult to integrate
Right now, I am using obliqpay. I was referred to them by a friend. I love it except the high tx fee.

Seen this a few times - when Shopify Payments freezes + selfie flow bugs out it’s usually not the camera, it’s their risk system hard-flagging the profile. Once that happens new stores under same LLC + passport just inherit the flag, different devices won’t matter. Support taking 10+ days is normal because it’s manual review queue, sometimes they never reply and silently deny. Real fix is either wait it out weeks or pivot payments - Stripe via different platform, 3rd party PSP, or card to crypto if you’re high risk, Shopify Payments is basically dead once trust is gone.

their is no dispute not even a signle caneclled order their nothing wrong at all and order avergae size was 14 to 30$

Yeah that’s the frustrating part - you don’t need disputes or chargebacks to get nuked. Shopify Payments flags based on risk signals way upstream: product category, traffic source quality, sudden drops or spikes, geo mismatch, even past store history under same entity. Once their internal trust score dips, logic doesn’t matter anymore - averages of $14–30 won’t save it. At that point it’s not about fixing the store, it’s about moving payments elsewhere or waiting months and hoping the flag decays.

so with fresh details not used on shopify before m it should pass ?

Yes but only if it’s actually fresh at the entity level - new LLC, new director/owner, new bank, new IP history. Just new store + same passport or same company will inherit the risk flag again, that’s what people miss. Shopify links way deeper than device - identity + payments graph is the real gate. If you can’t change that, skip Shopify Payments and bolt on an external PSP instead.

Yeah it still matters but less than people think. After activation Shopify cares more about payments behavior than browser fingerprint, but if you log into admin from sketchy setups you can retrigger review fast. Clean device + stable IP for admin access is enough, don’t rotate fingerprints like you’re farming socials.

i see , some people have suggested opening a romanian shopify account as it supposedly does not have this same kyc issue , is this false ?
